Yes, absolutely!! The contributor who wrote this article was writing from their own personal experience/knowledge. By no means does this mean other religions don't have members perpetrating spiritual or religious abuse. We're just not able to bring as much personal experience to the conversation as this wasn't our own experience — we'd love to have other contributors share experiences or add to this article (anecdotal or encyclopedic knowledge).
