I don't know of anything quite like it. It was an overview of how to use hypnotic/trance states to essentially concentrate on crafting the inner world. It was not a step-by-step how-to of self-hypnosis.
As pointed out on this page -- there's many states in which plurals can do headwork (and we may update this since we've learned a lot more in the last 5 years). By no means are people limited to doing headwork in a trance or hypnotic state -- it's one option of many, and it's good to have several "tools" in our toolkit. We don't need to have all of them by any means.
We have an inner worldscaping course, but we don't specifically go into hypnosis or trance states if that's the part you're interested in.
