I recently found you through a suggestion to me on the plural association page.
I had had a dream/nightmare recently about a repeating nightmare that is a real life horrific incident that I can't get rid of or apparently in my current nightmare rescue of disembodied screams.
I'm currently working on every other "selves" and strengthening our teamwork and communication
My shamanic wisewoman told me we do need to rescue her but time doesn't mean a thing to her because she is trapped repeating that few hours of horror she doesn't know its been 30 years
Right now I'm rescueing those that are easier to get to which makes sense but the screaming is what got my attention to even try to go and get the trapped children and look at the painfilled stuck world.
