Navigating the Attention Age: Social Media, Shame and C-PTSD - Our 2026 PPWC presentation on attention trauma (i.e. various types of neglect) as a subset of attachment issues -- since it's about social trauma, you can bet shame is entangled with it -- and how the attention economy, monetizing and colonization of attention, is harming individuals & society. The upshot is noticing this and making adjustments for it in our systems so we can work towards healing.
